There is no conceivable end

Just longer gaps between

And the unshakable realisation

That regret might be my constant friend.

    Regret is about the past, we can’t change it, it happened good or bad, we move on, or learn from it, or grow from it.

    • Maybe. But what if the past is still very much anchored in the present and how you play out the present has a bearing on the future? It is in this space that (the fear of) regret becomes a player.
